Available - Sake Tasting Tour (Standard)

We are now booking sake tasting tours, including a presentation-style brewery tour. During this tour, you would learn about sake varieties, ingredients, and the making process, followed by a guided tasting of 4 kinds of sake.

Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October

Slots:

Friday 5 pm-

Saturday 3:15 pm- and 5 pm-

Sunday 1:30 pm-

Cost: $24.95 plus HST per person

  • Accepting reservations for 1-12 people
  • Minimum of 2 people for a tour to take place
  • Maximum of 12 people per slot

Length of Experience: 45 mins - 1 hr

Available - Sake Tasting Tour (Masterclass)

This is an elaborate version of the regular tasting tour and is more focused on educating the styles of sake through tasting 7 kinds of sake made with various techniques with different ingredients. Small food samples will be served during the tasting session.

Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday in October (No masterclass on Fridays)

Time Slot: 

Saturday 1:30 pm-

Sunday 3 pm-

Cost: $45.95 plus HST per person

  • Minimum of 2 people for a tour to take place
  • Maximum of 6 people per slot

Length of Experience:  1 hr - 1.5 hrs

Public Tours

We are offering brewery tours on the weekends until Distillery District Christmas Market,  the tour is 1 hour long which include a presentation style tour of the brewery , you would learn about varieties of Sake, ingredients and making process,  follow up with a guided tasting of 4 kinds of sake.

Tour Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (1pm - 5pm)

Cost: $19.95 + HST per person

Summer Weekday Mini tour + Guided Tastings

July to September every Thursday and Friday afternoon,  October every Friday afternoon, we are offering quick Sake brewery tour + Guided Tastings (total 30mins): a presentation style tour of the brewery, learning about varieties of Sake, ingredients and making process, following with a guided tasting of our signature unpasteurized Sake Nama Nama and in house made Sake based cocktail - Sake yuzu - lime collins.

Mini tour schedule: July to September every Thursday and Friday at 3:30pm, 4:15pm and 5:15pm,
October every Friday at 3:30pm, 4:15pm and 5:15pm
