Located in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, we are proud to be Ontario’s first sake brewery, and eastern North America’s pioneer in hand-crafting premium-grade sake using traditional Japanese methods.

Our Products

All of our sake is crafted in the Junmai style, with select varieties offered in the unpasteurized style. These limited releases highlight a fruitier, lighter, and more refined character.
