We began pressing our 18th batch this morning. The free-run Arabashiri has a bit more body, less sugar and same low acidity in comparison with our previous Brew #17. Come try fresh-pressed “shiboritate” at the tasting bar, and fresh-bottled Arabashiri will be available for purchase later today!
