We are currently (Dec. 16) pressing Batch #15, which is available for tasting at the bar. This batch has turned out great and is quite distinct from the sakes we have made thus far. It is initially soft on the palate, has fruity notes with underlying sweetness, and has a quick, strong, dry finish.
If you have time this weekend, please stop by the brewery for a taste of this fresh sake. The Distillery District Christmas Market is in full swing, and we also have a full assortment of sake gift packs for that sake lover (or soon to be) you know, ready for under the tree.
