Many of our customers have expressed interest in observing the “busy” part of sake-making. As the active production stage of our Batches 8, 9 and 10 are now drawing to a close, those with an interest to observe sake-making may wish to visit our brewery in the Distillery District as close as possible to opening time today thru Mondya (11am today and Monday, 12 noon on Sunday).
Of course you can enjoy a glass of sake while you watch the action!
