Thank you to all who registered for tomorrow’s inaugural public Sake Sip & Learn event – we hope you will find it both informative and delicious!
Next Thursday November 3 we will hold our next Sip & Learn event, focusing on Sake Pressing and Sake Kasu. Please register by following the instructions below. We will feature a different group of sakes than the previous event, and will certainly feature some “shiboritate” fresh-pressed sake, something which can only be enjoyed directly at a brewery!
The cost to participants will be $15 (plus HST), which includes a souvenir “IZUMI”-branded competitive sake tasting cup!
