This morning we started pressing Brew #25, a dry yet still fruity, relatively high alcohol batch (est. 18% alc/vol). This fresh-pressed sake will be available at the tasting counter this afternoon and throughout the coming weekend. Please join us for some sake (including our award-winning Genshu and recently re-released luscious Nigori) and perhaps some of our unique sakekasu ice cream (actually made with soy milk) in several Asian-style flavours.
