Join us at Izumi Sake Brewery. During this guided tasting experience, you will discover how sake is brewed from rice, water, and koji, and learn what makes different styles unique.
Our team will guide you through a tasting of several handcrafted sake varieties produced on site. Whether you are new to sake or already a fan, this experience offers a fun and approachable introduction to Japan’s iconic beverage.

A knowledgeable guide will lead you through the intricate process of sake brewing, exploring its historical significance and the cultural traditions surrounding this revered Japanese beverage. You’ll discover the different types of sake, their unique characteristics, and the customs and rituals associated with its enjoyment.
