We are pressing Batch #8 today, which we expect will be a nice balance of fruit, acidity and sugar. “Shiboritate” fresh-pressed sake will be available at the tasting bar all weekend.
This week we have also added black sesame “Korogoma” ice cream to our line-up of popular soya milk frozen desserts. It may be the most delicious one yet!
